Statutory Right to Withdraw from an Order
You may cancel your contract statement within 1 month, this is possible in text form (for example: letter, fax, email) without listing the reasoning. This can also be done be simply the articles back to us. As soon as you follow these instructions in text form (for example: letter, fax, email) and we have received the returned article(s), the cancellation phase begins the next day. If these instructions are followed after the conclusion of contract the cancellation, the refund period is extended to one month. As soon as these instructions are received, the right of cancellation expires at least six months after the conclusion of contract, even when still have not received the goods at this point in time. To retain the refund period of the goods, it suffices to send in the claim in a timely and orderly fashion.

Your rights to cancellation are excluded, if your order includes audio, video recordings or software, as soon as the supplied medium is opened.
Results of Cancellation
In the case of an effective cancellation both parties are required to return all goods, payment usage (for example: interest) and or service.
If you can return the received services in full, partial or in poor condition, you are required to pay the compensation in full.
In the case of the relinquishment of property, this point is not valid when it can be ascertained that the condition of the goods was poor in the retail outlet. Incidentally, you can avoid the obligation for value replacement if you do not utilize the property as your own and avoid the following, usage, disposal, loading, modifying, working on (for example: partially putting together a model) which would invalidate all cancellation results. Property that shall be returned is to be send back by you. You are responsible for the accrued delivery cost, when the delivered goods suit the order. Goods that cannot be delivered my mail or delivery service will be picked up at your location. Obligations in regards to the refunding of payment must be filled within 30 days of the delivery of your notice of cancellation.
