In connection with the selling of batteries of the Akkus or with the supply of devices, which contain batteries or Akkus, we are obligated to refer you in accordance with the battery regulation to the following:
Batteries may not be given to the domestic refuse. They are legally obligated to the return of used batteries as final consumers. They can return batteries free of charge after use in the sales office or in their direct proximity (e.g. in local collecting points or in the trade). They can send batteries back also by post office at us.
Batteries or Akkus, which contain pollutants, are marked by the symbol of a through-crossed garbage can, like the following symbol.
In the proximity to the garbage can symbol is the chemical designation of the pollutant. “CD “stands for cadmium,” Pb “for = lead and “Hg “for mercury. |
